Did Tina's class last night

There were about 20 people there, so it got extremely warm in the room right away. My shirt was totally soaked by 10 minutes into it.

We worked a long combo on the bags that was not too terrible. Advancing side kick, two hammer fists, cross/hook/body shot. It flowed better than some of the combos they try to use in the fitness class. When Tinas started adding in a sprawl between things it got super tough.

We did a few drills on the tombstone targets as well. Squats and front kicks and jump switches and front kicks. Lots of leg work in that portion.

We finished up with some boxer leg raises. Overall, a good class. Burned about 780 calories.
