ATEEZ was postponed...kind of saw that coming when the news about CoVid-19 popped up and it was spreading so fast globally. It is what it is. I still took my day off even though it was on concert day. Needed to time out from current job for a bit.
The skeleton staff layout will kick in from next week unless we have to close for business indefinitely and isolate/work from home. It's going to be more eerie when I commute and half the shops I usually go to are not open for service. Let's hope it still goes ok. I'm feeling way more anxious than usual to go out as the stares and dirty glances/judgy faces for being Asian do pop up...I'm not that thick.
We're back in school it seems with ignorance and stupid people. This is why I barely wear a mask even if I am at risk of catching anything. I've got more to say on the microaggressive and open racism people are throwing at South East and East Asians because we're apparently dirty and/or wearing a mask but I'm tired.
I was hoping to go for Stray Kids this year (Levanter and Hellevator omg) for a late birthday present as they were due to come in May but nope not the right time. Fair enough. If they do manage to get the same venue on the same date - also applies to ATEEZ - I hope it will be seating from top to bottom.
This does make me regret not even getting a ticket last year for ATEEZ and even The Boyz but it was down to the fact I didn't know them that well/didn't get into their music (well tried not to stan too many) so I left it alone. Plus I was in between jobs so this didn't help. Then there was GOT7 damn I should have still tried for a ticket. I was in a bad mood on ticket presales day and at work when the presales took place.
Further rant on work...I really am irritated with the new admin staff. Snakes and abrasive, bossy snobs. Yes there's cultural difference and generation gap whatever...but I'm being treated like shit just because I've been 'downgraded' to go sit upstairs to do more productive things. It makes no damn difference though. Fucking humans.
