My father, who put up the website for the jewelry my mother and I make, Diversions, and who created my website, has his own blog.  This tickles me.  Why it should, I have no idea.  Just the thought of my father blogging is, like, cognative dissonance.  Disclaimer: any political views expressed along the way are 180 degrees from my own!
