Gorecki Gets Death
Click to viewSomething about Gorecki's Symphony of Sorrowful Songs ... he composed death. This guy uses that symphony in a dark film about a hit man, Mel Gibson used it in The Passion when Jesus carries his crucifiction, and HBO used it in Wit when Professor Bearing faces terminal cancer. I'd like it played during my funeral as the soundtrack to a montage of video clips and pictures of people in my life.
