Pre-birthday lunch
Sunday afternoon, after church, bf and I couldn't quite decide where to eat. Actually, there's a lot of food along Upper Thomson Road and the bf remembered me telling him that we should try Miss Clarity Cafe. So, off we went.
The bf had the fish and he commented that it was pretty good.
I had the oxtail stew and I loved it!
I ordered the traditional chocolate milk shake just to test how good their shakes were. It was pretty good, I must say. The bf had the set lunch, top up $3.80 to the price of the main course to get a starter, drink and dessert. The bf also mentioned that the food is probably much better than Fish & Co. and I think maybe NYNY too. Probably because they're smaller with three outlets so quality of food could be much better. Looks like we'd troop over more often when we feel like having some ang moh food.
On the whole, the food did not disappoint though I felt that service could have been more prompt.
