The first set is definitely the friendliest of the lot, I'd say. The third one gets on my nerves because of all the extra space off to one side in the bubble, but that may just be me.

I like the second set, actually. It's really nice and aesthetically pleasing, but I suppose the first one is more youth-oriented, I guess? But it reminds me too much of another set of ads (can't think of what at the moment). Anyway, personal preference: set two.

I like the way the second set looks, but the first set would be more likely to make me want to call.

I like the third one of the first set best; somehow it's friendlier without the square background.
