Literature Review & Research Proposal
I am in the first semester of my research sequence at my university. This week we are supposed to begin composing our Literature Review and Research Proposal--and I have no idea how to do it.
How do you write a literature review? My professor has told us a bit about how to write the RP, and we're in the APA Writing Guidelines chapter in our book. I am going to ask him tomorrow because I am totally scared about writing this thing.
I'd like to know what people's experiences have been with writing literature reviews and research proposals, specifically the first time you ever wrote one. How long did it take you to write it, how many sources did you include in your LR, how long were they, etc.?
