(no subject)
You may have noticed that I've been quite absent lately. Well, that's because of work and school now officially owning my soul. Though this is not necessarily a bad thing, I'm still having trouble updating with something interesting.
I changed my default icon to Darcy (almost!) smiling from the 1995 P&P. I love Jane Austen and I really miss the class I had last semester.
However, I think my fantasy lit course may just make up for it :D
I got my wisdom teeth out, as some of you may know, and things were going smoothly until yesterday.
I was in the worst agony of my entire life, no lie. Not only did I feel like I'd been punched, but when I tried to suck out whatever was irritating my gums the water pic jabbed me and caused horrendous pain. Turned out I had an infection from not cleaning my sores properly, but the dentist fixed it. If only I could have had novacaine as he was digging into my mouth with a sharp instrument!
Ah well, it's my fault for not doing my duty to my mouth. I shall never fail you again *salutes*
Other news? Well...umm...my classes seem fine. A little on the boring side, but fine. Hopefully my Brit Lit and Fantasy courses will change that. Actually, my Religion/Spirituality class should be nice because once my teacher found out my dad is Pagan he decided to have me bring him in to teach everyone about it. Well, not really teach...more like enlighten people who think being a Pagan means you worship demon gods (not true, to those who aren't really sure what it's all about). If you have any questions I'll be happy to set the record straight!
