My life is officially over. iTunes went MIA on my Mac.
I'm just being melodramatic of course, but now I can't use my iPod shuffle! I downloaded an non-compatible iTunes for my computer and not only did it wipe out my old one, it also can't be used because my Mac isn't good enough (?) It's times like these that make me wish I'd gotten money for a Graduation present instead of a stupid computer.
*strokes her Mac* Baby, I didn't mean it.
Okay, actual update time. I officially fell in love with the new Masterpiece Theatre (except they're calling it just "Masterpiece" now). They're doing all the Jane Austen novels that haven't been made into BBC tv movies! I just watched Persuasion, which to be honest, is the book of Austen's that I love most. Then I watched Jane Eyre, which I also enjoyed exceedingly. Hooray!
This week was a bit of a bore because all my friends are at school and I'm not going back until Wed. Yes, the official crossroads between normalcy and nerdish behavior is actually WANTING to go back to school.
My parents have been fighting too over my dad going to my late aunt's house 5 hours away to get all her furniture. I personally don't think my dad can handle it, but he's quite determined and left yesterday. Then I'm sitting on the couch with my friend Heather and Amber and my mom just waltzes in with my aunt Deanna's urn. She asked me if I liked it and I....just couldn't look at it. My aunt's ashes were sent to her sister in a ziplock bag so I understand wanting an urn, but do I have to be the one to approve of it? I hate the thought of my aunt being gone out of this world that she shared with me, and I guess I'm still not quite over it.
Wow, that just turned into a really depressing entry! Okay, okay....um, butterflies, unicorns, and glitter. I'll just think of that sort of stuff. Actually, I think I'll go watch The Soup that I missed last night. Joel McHale has serious healing powers, I swear. Love to you all!
