Truck tint and grill time WOOT!
I had planned on going over to my buddy Brain's house to put some tint on his truck's back window. I remember his truck had one solid rear window, which I thought that would've made my job a bit easier.
NOT!
Handling one long piece of tint is more of a pain than 3-4 small pieces. Plus the wind got the better of us and the tint curled and got a couple creases in it. I forgot how cramped truck cabs are >.< got it lined up and trimmed the edges. Spraying the tint lube done and lining it up i see brian trimmed his edge a lil short but he said to just go with it. I would've re-done it, but he said it was fine.
Apart from the gap at the edge and a couple tiny creases, it looks pretty damn nice. He's happy with it so that's all that matters. He was happy he was able to keep his stickers too.
Afterwards Brain fired up the grill grabbed a couple more beers. His fiance' made some cheese taters and we got the chicken and hot dogs going. Was a pretty awesome.
We were running out of beer and needed lighter fluid to make a fire for smores. Me and Brian hopped into his truck and took a short trip to get the "supplies"
Got back and cracked open a couple more beers and got the fire going. ....or at least tried, the logs were a little wet. ^w^ nothing a bottle of lighter fluid couldn't solve. BURRRRRN!!!!
All in all this was a pretty sweet day. We sat around, talking and bullshitting, sobering up a bit before heading home about 10pm.
