Today was a quiet day for the most part. Then, a little while ago, I got an email from GK letting me know that this morning, her brother BC passed away in his sleep. Exact cause unknown; because it occured at his home, there will be an autopsy, but he was morbidly obese, had sleep apnea and heart attacks run in his family. Today has been quite a day. Visted three food pantries with BC. The first was a 20-minute wait and yielded sausages, canned goods, baked goods and 2 2-liter bottles of diet cola (Best by 5/16/09).
