Mb just called and invitied me to T-day dinner. Apparently she and her other guests need some help consuming the 25 pound turkey she got. Plus the four boxes of stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, green bean casserole, deviled aggs, relish tray, cheese, apple slices and PIES

Peas glorious peas! Hey, get me an invitation, and I'll eat the peas. Of course, I'll force myself to eat Turkey and fixin's as well. *woe* ;)

I'm sure I could talk her into it---but do you really plan to race the length of the continent for peas? There really is no accounting for taste....

Nice fresh peas? Oh yes, if I had a private plane I'd jump right on it to get some nice fresh produce.

By the by, I just finished re-reading all the Nancy McGill stories. *sigh* Sure do miss her and Big John.

Well, gee, I hate to disappoint a loyal reader. However, I do have yuletide on my plate for the next few weeks. Maybe I'll make it a New Year's resolution to resurrect John....

Sorry to say I'm not even watching the show anymore. This season, and last just went way beyond what I was hoping for. And to resurect Samuel, and not John. blah.

I'm watching half-heartedly. I DVR it and watch when I've had a chance to brace myself. Used to be, I was there in real time, breathing heavily. Now I get to zoom through the commercials and save real time for something that isn't going to rip my heart out.
