Argh, that *is* evil! In this case, I started at my job in one of the evil small spaces (four years ago). I got promoted out and got the nice, big cubical. The job I was promoted to was phased out, so I was reassigned to my previous duties, but they left me in the nice, big space. Which was too good to last, of course....

I worked at a place once where they went in and divided the nicely-sized cubicles into two cubicles each and it was awful.
