Yesterday I made a casserole for the first time using the books my Aunt gave me. It came out delicious! My roommate loved it too so I'm checking it off as good :)

Dear me. I'm afraid I'm not a very good cook :/
I had some leeks so I made some leek and potato soup using a recipe I found online... But it called for no cream, no turning it into a puree, and wine all in a large stockpot.
