when I worked out how to dismantle (and reassemble) our Dyson

I can also dismantle and reassemble a Dyson with a cordless screwdriver! That's what you get for putting a crunchie wrapper in the wrong hole and having to extract it from the motor!

Ooooh, they are lovely shoes!
