Jim has managed, somehow, to painfully stagger up to his rooms and flop on the bed. He's not bleeding anymore, thankfully, but does have bullet wounds in his chest and one of his legs -- added to the fact that his hand was recently pinned to a table. Anyway, he'd welcome some painkillers, and possibly some company, if he likes you.
