NORTHFIELD - Matthew Bouchet, 22, of Northfield, died at his home in Northfield on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008.
Matthew was born in Red Bank, N.J., the son of Gary and Maureen (Rink) Bouchet. He resided in Middletown, N.J., before moving to Northfield at age 8.
Matthew was a graduate of Winnisquam Regional High School, Class of 2004. He was a member of the cross country team and the track and field team. Matthew was currently in his senior year at the University of New Hampshire where he was studying mechanical engineering.
He enjoyed RC (remote control) car racing.
Family members include his parents, Gary and Maureen Bouchet of Northfield; his sister, Julie-Anne Bouchet of Melbourne, Fla.; grandparents, Helen Rink of Port Monmouth, N.J.; and Dottie and Ed Bouchet of Ocala, Fla.; his significant other, Michelle LaBranche of Tilton; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Paquette-Neun Funeral Home, 104 Park St., Northfield.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Paul Church, School Street, Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
