PASTRY CHEF!!!!
I got the position as a pastry chef at the Hard Rock!!! =D
I passed all my tests and background checks, and I go to my first day of orientation tomorrow.
I'm super excited. I finally have a job! And it's a job I'll probably actually like!! WOAH!
So I'll be baking desserts and breads for all of Hard Rock (along with a team, of course =p)
Hopefully I don't get too stressed out and screw it all up =\. I really hope I can learn quickly what chef needs to get done and get everything done almost perfectly....I'm baking you guys...for a job...This seems kind of surreal.
Hopefully I can do well at this job and keep it, 'cause then I am moving out and getting a puppy!!! Some friends and I are planning on renting a house together - hopefully close to this park that has a lot of hiking/mountain bike trails (I NEED TO LIVE THERE!) and I will buy myself a puppy (and for Joey too). Then I can love my puppy, go hiking/running/mountain biking, and make cakes and breads and be happy.
'Cause that's what will bring happiness right?
