The past 2 weeks...
Have been a blur. I've done so much these past two weeks, busting my ass completely. Hopefully I'll be able to relax some after next Wednesday. Before finals start anyways. These past two weeks I've:
-Talked to advisors (4, to be exact) to register for my last semester
-Registered for classes next and final semester (Anthropology capstone, Honors class, Scuba class, Scuba lab, Asia through Film, and Internship; my schedule has come out quite awesomely though)
-Talked to someone about the internship; then had to contact internship people; then write a paper about why and what I wanted to do with said internship, and write up a resume; then schedule appointment with internship people
-Asked professors for recommendation letters; had to write a page about myself and what I wanted to do in the future and what I have done to give to said professors so they could write said letter
-Applied to Grad Schools
-Applied to a field school in the summer for Archaeology
-Applied to several jobs for winter break
-Looked for scholarships for field school and grad school, as well as filled out my FAFSA
-Lost my bank card so had a crisis about that and finally got a temporary one, waiting for my new one
-Saw the doctor, who told me I may have a hairline fracture in my toe, hence all the pain when running (pain started in September. great) And I now have to see Orthropedic people..blah
-Made a trip to Tampa
-Done the normal reading I've had to do for classes
-Had some tests in classes
-Done extra reading to write research papers
-Did research papers (got one 6-page paper and two 4-page papers down; Two 4-page papers, one 8-page paper, one powerpoint with outline, and two projects left. Most will be done with by Wednesday.)
-And tried to not neglect people, so made hangouts: Today I see my Jose =D =D =D and tomorrow may be doing tennis with some people, and on Sunday watching a movie with another friend; I had hung out with various other people as well, so I haven't been completely isolated from the world, surrounded by books of Papery Doom.
And I think that's about what I've done...Yesterday I wrote a paper, I just finished a paper today, and tomorrow I hope to write at least most of the 8-page paper, but I'll finish the powerpoint and outline tomorrow, as well as get supplies for one of my projects that's due Wednesday. Then during and after Thanksgiving, I'll finish up the leftover papers, and start studying for Finals. Only three finalssss!!! And then that weekend right after finals is DISNEY!!! Then hopefully I'll go to work for massive amounts of hours and get mulah for my hopeful acceptance to the field school in summer!!! Oh man...Adrenaline rushhhhh. I'm running on two hours of sleep right now, but I wrote that paper and kicked so much ass on it. WOOT! Off to go study or maybe I should take a break...? Nahhhhh
