so today was what I consider to be mine and Mike's one year anniversary. Its the day we decided to make our relationship an actual relationship. And, of course we weren't together the whole day. Obviously since he's in Pittsburgh. I did get to talk to him for a little while though so that was good.
I had plans to see a bunch of friends today and only Mary came. The weather was horrid so that's perfectly understandable. But John, you didnt even call. Whats up with that? Oh well.
In even better news, my son is teething... or at least we think he is. Poor little guy is miserable and wants to chew on everything. Like a little baby shark. I hope he actually sleeps tonight, he wasn't really wanting to earlier. Well he was, he just was in pain I think and couldnt fall asleep. I feel so bad for him. I want to try to get him a special kind of pacifier that you can put in the freezer. Maybe he'll suck on that.
He likes looking at lights and color changing things. So I had this fiberoptic ghost that he was mesmerized by. I would put it near his face so he could see the colors and he would usually fall asleep watching it. Well, the batteries started to die in it so all you could see was the red color. No more blue or green. And Mom decided that it was far past the time to be using a seasonal thing like a ghost.So she sent me to walkmart to see if I could find a snowman instead. Well I couldn't, but I found the perfect thing for him.

He absolutely loves it. And, it will grow with him. He can have it for all his childhood if he wants to. Yay me and yay for it only being $11 at walmart!
