Bull-puckey! Out-right lies. There's nothing in the ErCL Act that is similar to anything previously "used against drug dealers and other criminals." Furthermore, Pez-ident doesn't care about civil liberties as evidenced by his UNWARRANTED WIRE TAPPING PROGRAM, and I am certain he is using this program against political opponents and enemies, just like he did with his NO-FLY LIST!
