(no subject)
Today, on the way back from my last final (YES!!! I AM DONE!!!), I was wearing just my khaki jacket and froze to death because of the cold weather and chilly winds complemented by an overcast sky. Upon my arrival home, I dropped off my books and changed into my peacoat (which had a hood, although the significance of that fact won't come into play until later) and a scarf. On my way out the door, I happened to glance outside. SUNSHINE. So then i change back into my khaki coat and walked the two minutes to the business school for lunch in their cafe. Twenty minutes later, I walk through the first set of double doors on my way out and am greeted by pouring rain and SLEET. At this point, I just say to myself, "Hell with it" and run home. All laundry, grocery, and shopping plans for the day have been suspended. Today will be a day of warmth and relaxation in the safety of my apartment. I refuse to be a part of Dublin's twisted weather game.
