I am alive.
Still without power at home. I think it'll take about a week or so to get back since the power line is split in half in my front yard. Lost a few shingles and some branches but that's about it. No serious damage except to my wallet since I had to throw out the month's worth of food in the fridge and freezer I had bought on Friday.
I know I never did August's reading list. I'm skipping it and will just post with September since I'm not getting a lot of reading done this month since school started and I'm taking 2 text classes. Most of my reading, if not all of it, is for those classes. I like Brit Texts better than American Texts, go figure. And it has nothing to do with the fact that my Brit Texts teacher is actually British. That's actually a bad thing, no matter how much I like his accent, because his voice just lulls me to sleep.
Still taking German as well. So full time school schedule and full time work schedule and stupid power is out so I'm missing my shows this week. If I don't have it back by Thursday I'm getting my mom to record Supernatural for me. Season 4 baby! GET DEAN OUT OF HELL!!
The power went out as Brandie and I were watching the gag reel for the Season 3 dvds. Thankfully we had already finished watching the entire season in less than 24 hours. :D
Okay, I'm off to school from my folks house who got power back yesterday. Let's just hope I can stay awake through class.
