Long time no Update
So it's been awhile folks. Anyone miss me? ;)
I finally presented my 45 minute long oral presentation and I believe it went well. Tons of stress are now off of my shoulders and I'll find out my grade on Monday. Hope its a good one. ^^
My mother and her bf decide to get a puppy for FB for X-Mas. It's a little half-beagle girl. Her name is Maggie. But while X-Mas hasn't come yet, it has been up to my mother and I to train her until he gets it. -_- She's adorable, I admit, but I just don't think that's fair to me and mom because we're attached, her because she's so used to us, and Lucky and Bastet for being ignored.
Maggie has a very sad story. Maggie, her *13* brothers and sisters, and her mom were left to die chained up underneathe a porch after the owners moved away. A neighbor heard whining and discovered them and decided to take them and give the puppies away because they're old enough and take care of the beagle Mom. Neighbor happens to work with my mom. Mom and MBF took Maggie to the vet because all puppies usually have worms, but instead of just one type of worm, Maggie has/had three. Pinworms, Flatworms, and Heartworms. So she's been taking meds for that. That poor little girl was/is totally infested with worms, and now when she poops out the dead ones, I saw that they're longer than she is. Today was her last day of medication, so they should all hopefully be dead. The vet told my mom if she had waited another two days or so, Maggie would be dead. So I just hope that Neighbor brought the other puppies to be helped, otherwise, they're all probably dead... Those fucking people. How the hell can you just leave a mother dog and 14 puppies to die?!
In other news, I spent the night at the house of MusicGoddess and I enjoyed hanging out with her. ;] Yes, there were some rough moments with her and her Mom that I thought I was going to be kicked out, but it all resolved itself. It was nice to finally be near a friend again. Too bad my other friends haven't made any kind of attempt. *glares at a select few* Oh well. I guess it goes to show you who your real friends are, and the time knowing them doesn't matter. I love you MusicGoddess! <3
X-Mas break is so close... I can TASTE it. *drools*
X-Mas break = SLEEP (<33333), friends, Friends that I haven't seen in awhile, and maybe... just maybe... some kinky X-Mas sex? >:D
