Hey everyone. I have an LJ user question that I can't figure out the answer from the FAQ. How does one prevent someone who added you as a friend from reading your journal? You would think it would be easy to block someone you don't want from reading your journal.

The iPhone software has a glitch where if you have an alarm set for next Monday it won't go off. Seems the alarm has a bit of difficulty adjusting to the switch back from daylight savings time. I've had computers for a while now. In fact, I've had one since I first got a 286 back in 1990. I know some of you have had computers for even longer than that. But in any case, I think it can be said that computers are and will continue to be a part of my life.

I don't know if it's a sign that it just wasn't competitive enough or Apple plans to make it up on the mandatory two-year AT&T contracts. But the iPhone 2.0 will be available next month for only $199. Personally, I think they'll make it up on the contracts. 

Toshiba announced it is no longer going to make, market, or develop HD DVD. So with a whimper, the high definition format war has been won by Sony. Don't know how long it will be before I actually buy one. Probably when something comes out that I actually want on BlueRay that I don't own on DVD. But I can't think of anything right now.
