When characters wake up on the first of February (=starts now), they will notice that they are on a wide, gorgeous beach. It seems to go on forever, not only to the left and right, but also upcountry. Far off in the distance you can see very high mountains. On the other side of the sea, you can see an island, or maybe it is a larger landmass; but it is too far away to try and reach it by swimming.
Everything they had on them is gone, except for pants, a shirt, a hoodie and whatever they wear under that (trademark items, like Kouki's headphones or Russia's scarf, are still there, though). Everyone has the following: A shovel to build sandcastles with, an icebox with some bottles of whatever is their favourite drink in it, a towel and a parasol.
The sea is a bit cold, but if you are into low water temperatures, you can still swim in it, and while the wind is too cool for comfort, the sun and air are pretty hot. Be careful not to get a sunburn!
...but there is something strange. Something that you may or may not notice very soon. Look at you. Everything is fine. Look at Miku. Now at Miku's chest. Now start thinking.
That is, if you are an original. Because the Doubles will consider the existence of two versions of each of you completely normal.
