Health update
So I called up the advice nurse at Kaiser today and told her about my throat, since this morning, I was coughing up lovely bloody phlegm. Ummm, yeah. Do I even HAVE any more orafices that can exude blood? I suppose my ears are okay. *rolls eyes* Well, whatever. That kinda scared me, anyway, because I've never coughed up bloody stuff before, so I called, blah blah blah, and she said it sounds like I have a viral infection. Meaning? Rest, fluids, it'll go away in a couple of weeks.
Nice.
So basically, I can't sing until I feel better. Rather, I shouldn't. She also advised me to take it easy, so I didn't go to class today. I'll go to MNR (I owe Haley and Katie money, and probably Cole and Amber as well) and maybe hang out in a lab at school to do my stupid computer ECS assignment (which I can't do at home since I don't have a PC !@#$% See, Steven, THIS is why I need a MacBook) beforehand or something. But right now? I think I'm going to take a nap. I'm technically supposed to meet with prof. Chang at 4ish, so I'll head to campus then, then do my lab, and then go to MNR at 7.
My throat hurts, and I keep coughing. But at least my throat hurts less than usual, and my coughing isn't the deep lung-killing kind anymore, just the sort of liquidy gross kind. *siiigh*
Also, I am EXTREMELY angry with Firefox for, when I updated it, losing all my cookies, preferences, extensions, adblocks, bookmarks, and everything else. Blah. That was two years of stuff! Grrr.
