My wrist hurts

I was trying to practice my harpsichord piece (after playing through "Ich Grolle Nicht" whilst singing in German), and my wrist really hurts. I hope I will be able to play tomorrow. I get that every so often. What helps for me is wearing one of those wrist braces for a few hours a couple days in a row. Or sleeping with it on. That usually fixes it for a year or so.

There's also all kinds of preventative stretches that people do. Less lazy people I guess.

OH DEAR GOD stop playing now. You *never* want to take any chances with that, as tempting as it may be. I overplayed while practicing for a piano recital in 8th grade and I still have tendonitis 6 years later.

If you want any hints on how to calm it down, let me know. I am now a pro on the matter, although I'm betting you've got your bases covered on this one.
