My wrist hurts

I was trying to practice my harpsichord piece (after playing through "Ich Grolle Nicht" whilst singing in German), and my wrist really hurts. I hope I will be able to play tomorrow. Furthermore, I hope this is not the early stages of anything serious like carpal tunnel syndrome. Also known as a pianist's worst nightmare.

I think this means it's time to rest.
