Jazz Sundae
Woke up early for a Sunday. We had a training meeting, so we had to be at the church at 10:30. Got to the church on time, but the bishop didn't get out of ward correlation until 11:00. Saw Brother Jaime Phair and he showed us a picture of his new baby girl, Kaitlyn Marie. The meeting was okay, a little boring and predictable. Afterwards, we came home and slept for a little bit. Went to ward choir and played with the Phair kids.
Church was good. Fast and testimony meeting is always fairly good. And it's especially interesting when Brother Coca conducts. There was a baby blessing of a Utah family, so the chapel was filled with their family...including some really loud children whose parents fed candy during sacrament meeting. We sat with Jaime and his kids and helped him out with them. Sunday school was interesting. We talked about Rebecca and Isaac and their children. (lol, that's really funny to see like that.) And Relief Society was really good. We talked about gratitude.
Came home and ate dinner. Decided that we need to have an ice cream sundae, so we called everybody and tided up our house. Everybody got here about 9:30, with Charles and Brooke arriving last. It was really fun to see everybody and just talk and have fun. After Danielle left, we worked on planning her baby shower until we realized that it was midnight and we needed to go to bed.
