A big day ahead
So I made a Finnish pancake for breakfast today. M approved of it although I think I left it in the oven too long. Gotta love a giant puff pancake! A mix between a Yorkshire pudding puff and a custard. Delicious. Honey, eggs, milk, flour, butter, dash of salt and a giant cast iron skillet. MMM!!!
Then I finally sewed up a cute little summer top. Not sure if I'll wear it today. It's one of those fabrics that the hem is already sewn and there is stretch tube top stitching for the top. I just have to add ribbon for straps now and need to hurry, but I wanted to post first. M is snoring on the couch. Bro-in-law now calls about my sister partyzilla...she's NUTS! She turned 40 today and I'm picking up 60 enchiladas, 120 taquitos and I'm already late...just saw the clock. CRAP!
Oh well, they will be ready at 11:30 and it's only 30 minutes to get there. The party is at 3 so no worries there.
Let me see, anything else? It's Labor Day weekend people! WOO HOO!!!
