My darling cousins-in-law has an infected 7 year old, so we spent a good number of hours at their place this evening.  Unfortunately, there were a ton of kids, so I'm not sure on the chances of infection.  :)

We had Arilyn's birthday party today, which seemed to be a theme across the friend-board.  Zeke (3 years) had one, Kara (2 years) had one and Ava (1 year) was supposed to have one but it got cancelled because she got pink eye.  Craziness ( Read more... )

Arilyn and my mom flew to Minnesota yesterday.  I miss her like crazy and have no idea how this week will turn out emotionally.  I think I'm having a harder time with it this year than I did last year.  Maybe it's a distance thing?  NW Indiana is a lot closer than Arizona.

Gah.

Lava rocks are ugly in such an attractive way.   Like my brain.

Drugs are going well.  I created a separate journal purely for the depression crap.  trauiger_kalmar for those who are interested.  Not much is posted as I haven't transferred it over yet, but hopefully that will be accomplished tomorrow.

A free moment!  Holy hell, this is weird.  Ari is asleep and Cody and Monty ventured out to get milkshakes.  We are such fatties, but I have killer heartburn right now and that is my excuse.
