Has anyone come across a way to season broccoli that doesn't involve overly creamy sauces? I usually mix it up with a white sauce, but I'm currently taking recommendations for alternatives

Just this week, I saw a chef on a cookery show stir-fry broccoli and, right at the very end, toss it with some cubed stilton, just enough to make the cheese a bit squishy and lovely. It looked wonderful!

I sometimes use mustard with my broccoli. Or powdered onion.
