Overdue Question Meme
Yes, I have another overdue meme. This one is closer to about a month and a half late, though. ;) On the downside, though, it requires less thought than the character one.

(I decided to join those brave people who refused to tag. Besides, almost all of you have already done this meme. :P)
01. Make a list of 5 things you can see without getting up.
1) my water bottle
2) my Sunday outfit waiting for evening service
3) my first attempt at a knitting project this year
4) Persuasion (yay!)
5) my approximately eight-year-old mp3 player (and headphones, which are much younger)
02. How do you style your hair?
For school or everyday, I usually just pull it back in a ponytail. For work, I usually either twist it up, pull two strands back, or, occasionally, put it in a flipped-through ponytail.
03. What are wearing now?
Navy blue shorts and a pinky-red, white-creme, and brown stripey shirt (it looks nicer than it sounds).
04. Do you own a cell phone?
Legally, no. For all intents and purpose, yes.
05. What do you hear right now?
Encircling by Iona, the overhead fan, my typing and the air flowing through the diffuser (doesn't that sound so cool? I'm probably just hearing the fan rushing the air into the room).
06. What's your favorite guilty pleasure treat?
Probably the same as ladyadeone's: Children's books. For example, just yesterday, I went to the library and sat in a corner and very guiltily read 3 AG mysteries (yeah, I know. It was kind of like going to the store and devouring candy bars all afternoon. But they were short and I couldn't check anything out! And I wanted to relax in a library after a hard week of work.).
07. What are you thinking about right now?
Besides this meme? What else I need to get done. :P
08. What was the last thing you cooked?
Some coffee cake a couple weeks ago.
09. Dog person or cat person?
Dog person, though I do like cats.
10. If you came across $1,000 (or other currency) would you keep it or turn it in?
Turn it in, I hope.
11. What was the last thing you bought?
Lunch from the cafe in a bookstore.
12. If you could afford to go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I might go everywhere! It'd probably depend on whether I was going alone or with someone else (and what sort of person they were). With the right sort of traveling companion, I 'd be up for pretty much anywhere. If I was alone, probably back to the UK.
13. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Most likely on Earth. I'd like to visit the moon, but that's probably not going to happen in the next 5 years. ;)
14. Last book you read?
Em. *whispers* The Runaway Friend by Kathleen Ernst.
15. What are you doing this weekend?
Well, it's almost over, so the last thing I have planned for this weekend is going to evening service tonight.
16. Have you ever played any musical instrument?
Yes, once. It didn't end so well.
17. How are you?
Doing alright, thanks.
18. What are you doing tomorrow?
Going to work! And then, if I can stop procrastinating, checking info on the GRE and the FE, and taking care of some other things online.
19. What are you looking forward to the most?
Going to a professional conference in a couple weeks with my dad and then getting to spend several days at home with my family!
20. Describe the weather in five words or less:
Rather hot and sunny.
