God, why is life too hectic these days for me to reply to this the way I want to? I could write a book on how wonderful this guy is! I truly believe he is an Oscar calibre actor - his subleties on par with some of the best. Yes, he's so damn good-looking, almost to his detriment. He needs off SPN so that his star can really shine. Of course, he's got his sights set on directing though so maybe I should count my blessings that I get to see him 22 weeks in a year and have done so for the past 8 LOL.
Since the mid-season break, the tone of this season's eps has shifted and I'm warming to it. The show shifted gears and left me bereft many seasons ago. I lost my connection to it, my SPN muse died, etc. But, I never stopped watching because of needing that Jensen fix. Not to mention getting those few gems of episodes that got thrown into the mix. This coming Weds.' ep is the one where I got to watch some of it being shot. I'm looking forward to it for that aspect as well as hoping the tone remains the same, fresher one we've been getting ;).

I need to do a Supernatural marathon. I think that if I do, I'll end up adoring him again. He is damn good looking but he is so very much more. He should really consider a run at more movies. Of course, the word today was that Supernatural was renewed for another season. Good for them! Umm, steady paycheck for the growing family is a good thing ,eh? LOL
LOL, I had the same thought. Jensen's always aspired toward that steady TV income as opposed to Jared's desire to make it in movies. Of course JP is a dad now so maybe his thought processes have changed?
Have you ever read (or did I ever send you) Doris Egan's anectdote about casting Jensen as Ben in SPN? It's quite adorable and makes me wish the timing would work out for her to build a new series around him once SPN's curtain finally falls. If you haven't read it, here's the link:
Jensen's going to be a daddy too! I bet he likes the thought of a steady income very much now. LOL But he would be so good on the big screen.
