'cause I'm feeling like a criminal
Just a couple of random things:
1) Got Back two quizzes from the last couple of weeks (after the ones I already mentioned and did barely average on them, now I'm super bummed, I feel like an asshole, and I can't concentrate. I did want to learn my lesson, but it hurts!
2) I am sooo hooked on The L word its ridiculous. At the end of last week I downloaded 4 episodes (the first four) to check it out, and thought "that should take at least two weeks to finish" well I watched them over two days, and have now downloaded like 8 more! I'm trying to keep it to two a week, but its so hard... I think I'll just download them two at a time.
3) I missed the anti-marriage sector of ya'll (reneeho and suz) soo much at lunch today. I was at lunch with some of the girls from my class and they were talking with this girl who got married last week (in the middle of the semester). They were asking her about all the little details of the wedding, drooling over her ring, asking her to let them see it "one more time...oooh my gosh, just look at it". They kept saying "I'm soooo jealous", and shes saying "don't be jealous, your time will come" it cracks me up to think about it, and it took all I had not to laugh right in their face. I was unable to keep from saying "Monogamy makes me sick" (which isn't even true in the big scheme of things but it does when its revered like that) and now I kind of regret it because I've already made fun of some of them about their boyfriend-codependence. I wished you guys could have heard it! and then I was thinking about the conversation Reneeho and I had just last night about cool people who fall for it (ahem, Chris).
I hate how that makes me sound more militant than I am but I can't help it!
