The past month or so has been really busy for us! Here are some of the exciting clips:
1. I went to Greenfield Village with Phebe on her fieldtrip, and we had a blast. It was nice just to spend the day with Phebe, and not have interuptions from everyone else. We got to ride the Merry-go-round, and we got to see them make a fly catcher out of glass. And we got to see a lamb that was only one day old! My favorite part of the day aside from spending time with Phebe was seeing her teacher walk through the farm area. She hates animals, and it was really cute to see her all grossed out.
2. My sister's wedding is in full swing. With her direction I managed to book a location, and am currently researching florists for her. The cake is gonna be delicious, and we have planned a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" shower, that I completely designed. Complete with retro favors and funky costume jewlery it is gonna be a blast. I am seriously considering doing event planning for a living. I think this is one area that I would really excel at.
3. I am going to LA!!! That is right in two weeks I fly out for a 4 day weekend to help my sister pick out her wedding dress and see the Tinsel Town. I am going with my mom and dad, and the baby is going with me! Poor Bill is gonna get an entire weekend to himself to sleep in and game and relax! I have never been to LA and I am really excited.
4. Our laptop broke and while it wasn't totally necessary my husband totally stepped up and learned to sauder electronics. Our laptop works again. He is amazing the way he can fix everything!
5. I got to go clothes shopping for the first time in almost 2 years and I got some really cute stuff!! yay!
6. Both kids are teething, Phebe is getting her molars and so is Samantha. Everyone is crabby and insane, but I am enjoying that they are little still. They are growing so fast!
I think that is all. I am up to my eyeballs in work and wedding planning. Hope all is well with everyone else!!
