I wrote a paper on Mary Barton once. All I remember now is that a blind girl who sings really well gets unblind (yes?), and Mary and her Love (Jem?) decide to go to Canada. And also, working in a factory sucks.

Really, you don't need to feel so bad! I already knew something about how it ended from my professor anyway. Plus, I've gotten more used to knowing stuff ahead of time, since my reading assignments sometimes pile up in such a way that I have to attend discussions of books I haven't finished yet.
