Back in 2006 I posted about the oddity of
"organic" salt. I've now encountered another oddity. In the organic (or "organic") food section of the local supermarket there was some sugar (C12H22O11) that boasted it was carbonfree. Uh huh.
I know, it's not carbonless sugar, which would be very silly, but produced by someone with a "carbon-offset" which is only very slightly less silly.
