Now, PS3-friendly games are coming out, and even a few of the multi-platform games that are coming out in 08 look like they will run better on the PS3 than the 360, which hasn't yet happened (though, after the initial load time of a gillion years, DMC4 is supposed to run better and with almost no lag on PS3, as opposed to its XBox version).
As for linking the PS3 to the PSP, the ability was kind of discovered accidentally by gamers before Sony was ready to officially announce it, but it's out and Sony wants to build on it. X3 It's still in its infancy. The goal is to be able to play PS3 games on your PSP by linking them via your wireless on thee Playstation Network. Ultimately, you should also be able to watch Playstation TV on your PSP as well. As I won't have a PS3 for another 3 weeks (hopefully), I haven't done it yet so I don't know how well it works.
