Oh, this is quite lovely. Sad, angsty, heart-felt... ripping the Doctor to shreds on numerous levels...

Very well written and orchestrated with a clever, easy to follow line and plot, excellent characterisation and situation.

Wow! I loved your characterisation of both the Doctor and Master. You captured the latter in all his malevolent glory and the former in his desperate lonliness brilliantly. Great fic!
