Rec-A-Weekend | Week 1a
Let me intridue you to rec-a-weekend, where I will do my best to rec one, if possible two, stories every weekend. I was talked into this by my dear friend nightrider101, and that's why I'm going to start with one of her own stories:
Title: Another Thing Coming Undone

Characters/Pairings: Tony, Steve, Team (or Tony/Team)
Summary: Written for the following prompt: After the Chitauri invasion, Tony gets sick but ignores it. So it gets worse. Somehow Steve ends up the first of the team to move into the tower. He notices something is wrong and ends up taking care of Tony after realizing there is no one else around to do it.

Why it's awesome: For one, the story was written for me, so I love it by default. Which of course is an outright lie - I love it because it's very loveable. nightrider101 is a wonderful author who knows what she's doing when she's writing, and I don't say that just because she's my friend and knows where I live. Her writing is great, she knows how to tell a story, and as always I love the way she writes the characters. Everyone in this story is described true to their selves, the story is heartwarming in all the right ways (because I do love stories in which my favourites are being taken care of and cuddled, hence the prompt) and the dialogues are the best anyway. Because Bruce is totally better than Susie Meyer.
