I have a new ship! Seriously, Robin Hood BBC: Guy/Meg. Problem. She's dead now.
They were lovely and epic in 3*09-Dangerous Games.
His man pain still tastes like candy. He's deep. And he actually owned up to some things in this episode. like. um. killing Marian. and not just blaming the sheriff for her death. With Guy the whole *kills/attempts to kill OTL in moment of passion worked because 1.) he was the superbad! from the get go, 2.) his personality, 3.)he wasn't trying to be good and 4.)Marianne was manipulating him all season. In some ways, it goes to show how, in spite of all this, Guy started becoming a good guy against his will. (he even, kind of, killed the sheriff.)
All of these things go to show how that storyline totally failed in failsday. FAILED! (Chloe/Davis---> 1.) Davis starts out in Plastique as a good Guy and progresses as a good guy who will die to protect the world from the ebol!monster inside him. When he learns he can't die he finally goes to OTL because being close to her keeps it at bay. 2.) his personality. he would die before he asked Chloe to stay with him to keep the beast back. He died before imprisoning her. 3.) he was trying. Beast, even with the crazycakes? He fought against it not to hurt Henry because Chloe cared about him 4.) Eternal. Chloe may have had her issues, but when he died? she was so broken up that that was no way in hell just manipulation/all for Clark/wankwank. And even if she was a completely crazycakes person herself, he wouldn't have tried to attack her after finally being free from It not to hurt people! ah!
Anyway. back to Guy/Meg.
Love how this kind of man-hater girl taunts him and taunts him in the cell and then they make this awesome and angsty emotional connection. She brings out human! Guy. She did in one ep something that Marianne was too busy manipulating him to do. and I never really liked Marianne anyway. The fact that she believed in him reminds me of Prey Chloeand Davis. Good times. Good times.

Also I like dark!Robin a bit. He's like a bipolar mix of what Clark and Oliver would be on SV. but he has such horrible taste in rebound girls. considering he may just SPOILERdie/SPOILER, I have this weird mental image of Guy taking his place. tho it might never work. Despite its missteps, this show is all about fucking with the mythos and I love it. You should've learned that, SV.
