2. Feeding thing, creepy? Makes me very happy, considering I was sparse on the wordage. It ended up being something squishy like the garbage bags in Bride. I didn't want to over describe or take away from the overall impact. ;)

Too bad Davis himself just didn't come out and kick the guy's butt. He lived on the street, I'm sure he could. You just totally conjured up images of Charlie Crews from this show called Life. He's a cop that's lived in dangerous situations similar to Davis's, faces off with this thug with a mall pocketknife and...brings him in for questioning

2. It's one of those things where the less you say, the more it's left to our imagination. But with all the description of the cleaning up of blood, on people, (shut up, Davis, I'm calling you a "people" if you don't like it, bite me) it . . . gets the point across. Well done

WOW!! This is just WOW!!

She did this, forced Davis into everything he never wanted to be again.

Chloe feeling guilty for "making" Davis kill someone. And Davis afraid that he had hurt her.

Seeing Chloe doing clean up with the black bags so much creepier and ickier than seeing Dooms in action.

So, if you don't want to read angsty smut, skip over VII and VIII.

Why would I skip over Chlavis angsty smut??? Besides it's a natural progression. When faced with death, the next thing someone wants to do is do something that makes you feels alive.

With those two characters and the connection between them I had a hard time envisioning any scenario but that. It was kind of like their literal crucible. They were either going to run or come together.
Thank you very much. The fact that I nailed the creepy makes me happier than you know. It was supposed to be an odd juxtaposition of darkness with their feelings for each other, so, the creepy was important. ;)

Someone on ff.n once said it looked like this would turn out a tragic. Maybe not. Its dark, but happy/hopeful endings are <3.
