As some others have said, you aren't alone. I'm a senior now and I've seen this happening at my school for years. Students emailing professors, freaking out about last minute requirements. And yeah it's not going to be fun and like reddishness said there is a lot of sacrificing, I know that feeling of having no social life because you have to put school before everything else and be a perfectionist until you think your head will explode, but it pays off.
But since you have come this far and you KNOW you can do this (the Bs prove it) you might have to change a bit in your life to pull it together. It's not fair or fun but I think if you really tell yourself you are going to fix this no matter what and stick with a plan you can graduate.
I think whats so scary right now is that you dont have a plan. Go to some advisor, someone in the academic world and ask them to outline a plan for you because you really want to fix this. I also think plans make everything less scary, because once you figure what to do, you just have to have the determination to stick to it. Then it's just (well not JUST) a matter of willpower.
So I dont think it's impossible. It may be the crappiest, scariest most nervewracking year since it's "make it or break it" time but I think you can do it!
