Finished it last night. Back to trying to heal during the dry, chilly months. Only took an hour and fifteen to fill the head and sides, do the halo, accent, and clean up the feathers. So, in total, this is 6.25 hours of work. You can't see the postage stamps for France and Italy in the long peacock photos, but those were part of the work too (placed near the claws on the back of my arm and bottom of the tail feathers on the front). I'll add more stamps as I travel. I didn't realize that 9.9.9, the birthday I celebrated in Italy, would be 666 when I'm looking at it, but I love that! There are 13 tail feathers for the date that Cash & I were married, and it's his bday date.
