Zoo Day Yay
The weather yesterday was perfect for walking around the zoo, and Becca and I had a magnificent day. My favorite part was feeding and petting the goats. We also saw wallabies running around, Dolphins, penguins, rhinos who liked to show us their butts, and many other wonderful animals. We had hot dogs and Icees for lunch, and even made it home with time for me to take a nap.
In the evening I went with Pete to get an MRI on his knee. Last summer, Pete was drunk and chased a bunny down our alley. He fell down hard and his knee crashed down on a hunk of wood. Ever since then, the knee has given him troubles. We'll get results next week. I'm just glad that he finally has health insurance so he can take care of things like this.
Today my plans are to embrace all things cozy, watch some Archer and laugh like a loon, and do some laundry.
