Good late morning.  Just had my breakfast and multivitamin before a iittle exerise.  Down to 209 now and I noticed yesterday that I can jog even further than I did last week, which is good, seeing as my stamina's slowly improving.  All part of being healthy right?  Anywhoo I'm gonna get going soon.  Have a good day to everyone in LJland.

Good late morning.  Time to get another week of good ol' exercise and healthy nutririon with work.  It's tough to keep onto but it's definitely worth it.  Still at 211 though, but I am noticing a big difference from this past week.

Just finished up my daily exercise.  I'm feeling pretty good right now, despite not having much money.  Gotta get ready for work right now.  I'm just checking in on LJ before I head out for the day.  Have a good day everyone.
