Weight Last Week: 298lbs
Weight This Week: 295 (-3lbs)
Even though it's only 3lbs this week I really feel it, with the few changes I made. I haven't eaten anything late at night and I've been doing workouts almost everyday.
I really thought I would have lost more though, but still it's a step in the right direction.
