We have a HOUSE!!!
So the house that we put a bid in for on Thursday was accepted on Sunday! It's a very cute bungalow. 2 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 upstairs, newly done kitchen (with refridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, and microwave), the basement is partly finished and has a bathroom (and shower) down there as well. The backyard has an above ground pool, patio blocks and a 2 car garage. I am SUPER excited! As soon as we get the keys we can start moving stuff in there. We already told our apt complex that we need another month, which is fine, so now I won't be in a rush to get everything together and packed. I have time to go through shit and even try and get rid of stuff that I don't need to take. Not to mention possibily doing some painting and some landscaping stuff that needs to get done!
As soon as I get some pictures, and the house is definatly a "go" after the inspection, I'll post some pictures!
